Withdrawing from a vacancy

Steps

1. Tap My Applications on the Home screen, or go to Vacancies and choose My Applications.
2. Tap the shift you want to withdraw from.
3. Tap Withdraw My Name.
4. Tap Confirm Withdraw to confirm. The shift will now show Withdrawn.

Good to know

• You can only withdraw while your application is still pending and the shift is still open.
• If you have already been booked on the shift, open it from Bookings and tap Request to Cancel Shift instead. You will need to give a reason.
• Cancellation requests can only be made more than 24 hours before the shift starts. Inside 24 hours, contact your agency office.
